The price is calculated individually for each request. We look at the type of work, the size, the condition of the property and how often it is needed, then reply with an estimate. We have no fixed price list because properties differ a great deal.

The service, the town, the property type and approximate size, your preferred timing and a short description of the job. The more specific the description, the more accurate the estimate.

Either works. A single visit suits deep cleaning, after-renovation or move-out cleaning. A regular schedule suits flats, offices, stairwells and grounds.

Yes. We service offices, small commercial premises and shared areas in apartment buildings. Just mark in the request that you are enquiring as an organisation.

Not necessarily. Access to the property and key handover are agreed in advance, before the work starts.

Yes, the request form lets you upload several pictures. Photos help us assess condition and scope without an extra visit.

We work in Narva and Narva-Jõesuu. We do not plan visits outside this area.

It depends on the type of cleaning. The service pages list what each type usually may include, and we confirm the final list before starting.

We discuss this when confirming the booking: the work can be done with our supplies and equipment or with yours, whichever suits you. If special materials are needed, we say so in advance.

Yes: spring clean-up of the grounds, mowing through the season, leaf clearing in autumn, preparing houses and summer homes for winter, and snow clearing.
